Hi, we are Gigi La Lumiere, a small Australian business, based in Sydney.
Our candles are handmade to order in your favourite scent and colour. We have a large selection of hand picked scents and a variety of colours to choose from. We use only pure Australian soy wax and luxurious essential oils.
We created Gigi La Lumiere because of our love of candles, the ambiance they create, and the joy it brings us when we light them up. Our candles are a great compliment to your home or event.

I RECEIVED MY PARCEL AND THE CANDLE/S WERE DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please contact our team at gigilalumierecc@gmail.com with photo of damaged goods. Once identified, the team will be more than happy to send out a replacement order, all damaged stock must be returned to us prior to issuing a replacement.
DIFFERENCE IN SHAPE AND COLOUR?
Our candles are hand-made and hand-poured, therefore there may be some slight variations in colour. However, the Gigi La Lumiére team strives to ensure your products are made to perfection and remain in uniform condition before they are packaged and sent!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Decorative candles;It is recommended that our candles are used for decorative purposes. If you wish to burn our beautiful decorative candles, you can.
- Use candle dish when burning to avoid wax coming in contact with your furniture
- Do not leave your candle burning unattended
- Please note burn time is fast as they are mostly decorative pieces.
- Keep candles away from direct sunlight
- Trim the wick (5mm) after every burn to last longer
Container candles;
-When you light your candle for the first time, always allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges and pools to the edges of the container. This will effectively assist in preventing tunnelling and help promote an even burn for the duration of the candle's life.
WHY DO MY CANDLES LOOK DIFFERENT?
Our pieces are unique, scented and hand poured individually. Because of this, and the nature of the natural soy wax, imperfections and variations occur between each candle.
Frosting is a natural effect of using soy wax and occurs in all vegetable waxes. All soy waxes frost, and this is a sign that the candle is made with natural soy wax.
Please keep our candles in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Direct sunlight and light sources may cause discolouration of the candles. As they do not contain any additives.
