I RECEIVED MY PARCEL AND THE CANDLE/S WERE DAMAGED.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. This occasionally happen due to the handling process by couriers. Please contact our team at gigilalumierecc@gmail.com with photo of damaged goods. Once identified, the team will be more than happy to send out a replacement order, all damaged stock must be returned
DIFFERENCE IN SHAPE AND COLOUR?
Our candles are hand-made and hand-poured, therefore there may be some slight variations in colour. However, the Gigi La Lumiére team strives to ensure your products are made to perfection and remain in uniform condition before they are packaged and sent!
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Decorative candles
It is recommended that our candles are used for decorative purposes. If you wish to burn our beautiful decorative candles, you can.

Use candle dish when burning to avoid wax coming in contact with your furniture

Do not leave your candle burning unattended

Please note burn time is fast as they are mostly decorative pieces.

Keep candles away from direct sunlight

Trim the wick (5mm) after every burn to last longer

Container candles;

When you light your candle for the first time, always allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges and pools to the edges of the container. This will effectively assist in preventing tunnelling and help promote an even burn for the duration of the candle's life.
